Robert Swick is a veteran Internet Marketer with 10 years experience creating websites and website strategies. After 7 years leading projects and teams, he's spent the past 3 as a consultant focused on search engine optimization and website 'conversion' (turning web visitors into customers), as well as teaching what he knows.
Mr. Swick started his first business on the Internet and 1995 and later spent four years as an Account Manager creating websites for fortune 500 companies (his clients included multinationals Merck, Novartis, and Wyeth) before founding his own website marketing company, Montreal Media, in 2001. While leading Montreal Media Mr. Swick directed the creation of over 100 websites and Internet marketing campaigns, creating online strategies to bring in customers and sales.
A former journalist and teacher, Mr. Swick has produced two major conferences in the field, is the founding President of the Montreal Internet Marketing Association, and has given highly rated talks at conferences in Canada and abroad.
